Hadada, the online fitness class booking platform, has just launched a new WhatsApp integration! Now, users will be able to receive booking notifications for their online fitness classes directly on WhatsApp.

This new feature is designed to make it even easier for Hadada users to stay on top of their fitness goals. With the ability to receive booking notifications directly on WhatsApp, you will never have to worry about missing a class or forgetting to reschedule a booking.

Instant notifications in the palm of your hand

The great thing about our new WhatsApp integration is that you’ll receive only notifications relevant to your booking or upcoming class. There are three types of WhatsApp messages applicable to your booking.

  • New Booking
  • Rescheduling of an existing Booking
  • Activation of your Package

Each notification has a call to action button that instantly directs you to the website page to manage your bookings. We anticipate that new alternatives will be readily available by opening this integration. However, we likewise recognise that an abundance of push notifications can be counterproductive.

New Booking

The New Booking notification includes the Class’ Name, the date, starting time and the instructor.

Rescheduling Confirmation

This notification includes the new date and time of the rescheduled class.

Activation of your Package

When your package is activated, you’ll receive a notification. This notification contains the link to book the package’s online classes. You can also use this link to reschedule any previously bookings made.

Instant notifications for the Fitness Instructor

Your personal contact information is never shared with the fitness instructor. Instead, instructors receive similar notifications to members. The only difference is that they will see who booked which fitness class with them. No need to worry about getting hold of the instructor “somehow” to tell them you’ve rescheduled your class. You can always send them a personal message through the Hadada platform.

The current scheduling software use emails for notifications

We’ve significantly improved the scheduling software since we launched in May 2020. In addition, we’ve streamlined the booking process to be as smooth as possible for your next online fitness class booking. Finally, we reduced the number of transactional emails you receive (perhaps you’ve even blocked the email handle at one stage – yes, so we learn and grow).

There are three transactional emails we send relevant to your booking.

  • New Booking 
  • Rescheduling of your Bookings
  • Activation of your Package

The scheduling software will still send an email for your fitness class booking. It also contains additional information, such as the terms and conditions. At this stage, it will also remain the official communication platform. The WhatsApp integration is optional and available to all members and instructors.

How do I receive my booking notifications on WhatsApp?

The WhatsApp integration and booking software automates the booking process seamlessly. You will receive a WhatsApp notification only if you provide your contact number during the appointment scheduling. If you bought a package, you could also follow the steps below:

You can add, update or remove your number from your profile.

  1. Log in to your Hadada profile.
  2. Navigate to Manage Bookings.
  3. Where it shows your email, click on it to open My Profile associated with the fitness class booking system.
  4. Make the required changes to your Contact Number.
  5. Click Save.

Can I make a booking on WhatsApp?

No. Currently, the WhatsApp integration is only used for transactional instant notifications.

Can I chat with the Hadada admin on WhatsApp?

No. The Hadada WhatsApp Business number is a No-Reply Account. Therefore, the messages you send on WhatsApp will never be read by the admin. Please contact us at [email protected] instead.

Does the fitness booking system automate reminder notifications?

We are constantly optimising and customising the number of notifications (email and WhatsApp) we send to you. So, for example, if you would like to receive a WhatsApp reminder that your class is about to start, we can implement such a request. Please let us know if you would like this feature.
